At our dental office, we do not directly accept any dental or medical insurance plans. However, we understand the importance of making dental care affordable and accessible. That’s why we are more than happy to assist you in submitting your insurance claims so that you may be reimbursed for your dental care expenses by your insurance company if treatment in our office as an out-of-network provider is covered under your plan.
Here’s how it works:
- Payment at the Time of Service: When you visit us, you’ll pay for your dental treatment in full at the time of your appointment.
- Insurance Claim Submission: After your visit, we will help you by preparing and submitting the necessary paperwork to your insurance company. This includes any major work that may be needed. As an added service, we are happy to submit information to your carrier in advance so you can understand what the future costs of the treatment will be and can make an informed decision.
- Reimbursement: Once your insurance company processes the claim, they will send the reimbursement directly to you, based on your specific policy’s coverage.
We process claims electronically, ensuring there is very little delay in getting claims reimbursed.
We believe this process helps maintain transparency and allows us to provide the best possible care without the restrictions that sometimes come with direct insurance billing.
